If you choose to enable biometric login, the App may use the biometric authentication features provided by your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint recognition.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your biometric template or biometric identifier. Biometric authentication is handled by your device’s operating system.

Location Information

The App does not access, collect, or track your location.

• Support our connection to internal ERP and ordering systems

4. ERP and Business System Integration

The App serves primarily as a front-end ordering platform connected to Athens Paper Company’s ERP and related internal systems. Information you submit through the App may be transmitted to those systems for order processing, account management, support, and related business operations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the App and its features

• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

7. Your Choices

If you disable camera access, barcode scanning may not function. If you disable biometric login, you may still be able to sign in using another available method.

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Third-Party Services and Platform Providers

The App may be available through Apple’s App Store and Google Play and may rely on platform-level features such as biometric authentication and camera permissions. Your use of those platform features is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of Apple and Google.

We may also use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, security, analytics, support, or order processing. Those providers may process information on our behalf under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

10. Jurisdiction and U.S. Residents

The App and our privacy practices are intended for use within the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and may provide additional notice if required by law.
